Why is it so hard to get an order??? This happens with everyone.
You place an order and wait months.
It was never like this. The only company out there that is reliable is prime.
I placed an order and am trying to find out where the items are. It shouldn't take this long. Some of my orders never arrive from other companies.

Order updates the number you gave me is not working
I just need a body that is real to tell me when I could expect my order. Last year I waited 6 months for and order and never received all of it.
This is why Im afraid to order on line. It takes far to long for items to arrive.

I need to return my order
I recommended not to buy from this site because the return process is complicated. No free shipping label, by the time you shipped back, it costs almost $100 and they didn't want to refund the original amount.
I am so disappointed and now I can't wear the dress because it is too tight. Fake advertising
I need to return the dress I ordered, it doesn't fit me and I emailed them back to return it, they just gave me the run around. I just want to retun and get my refund, why it is so hard.to do that?

Yes, I feel the company couldve done better. They should have a United States address to send a product back to instead of *** as its too expensive to ship it that far away.
I was told by UPS it will cost over $200 to ship it back and the dress didnt even cost that.
I would appreciate more access to the company or phone number that I could call to resolve this matter. I will never order again from them unless this is resolved.

- - They did nothing at first, and after I involved them they asked for details and photos to judge fault.
- - They offered 20% back, then 30% and I accepted.
At first they did nothing. When you got involved, they emailed me and asked me to explain exactly what was wrong with the item, and asked me to send photos of me in the dress so they could see if it was their workmanship at fault or just my changing my mind.
I had already packaged the dress for return so I did not do this. They then said that I could just keep the dress and they would refund 20% of
The price. I refused this offer and they raised the offer to 30%.
I was tired of haggling with them, so I accepted this offer. Thanks for your help.
